  • If you require a specific colour we recommend contacting us to confirm the colours to select to avoid disappointment.
  • Custom products cannot be returned based on the wrong colour selection, as they are custom made to your specifications.

Made to measure Products

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for jackets ,HRCAV vests , custom shirts and up to 8 weeks for English fabric jackets.
  • Based on the measurements you provide our team will review your order and we may contact you if we have any questions regarding the measurements.
  • Since each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • LP designs is more then happy to exchange a item or provide a store credit if a incorrect purchase is made online, please contact us prior to returning any item.
  • The item must be is unused and in original condition and back to us within 7 days of purchase.
  • All postage costs will be the purchasers responsibility.
  • Sale items are excluded from our exchange policy and will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refund.
  • Since custom orders are made specifically for you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

  • All our orders are shipped via regular Australia post with a tracking number
  • Our in stock items are shipped within 2 -3 business days of your order
  • Please let us know if you require your items urgent
  • International shipping please email us so we can advise prices

Warranty

  • Each item of clothing is quality checked before shipping
  • If however an item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you on resolving the problem.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and must be used by the expiry date on the certificate.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
