Terms and Conditions

Colours

  • Colours shown are approximate and may vary due to screen calibration.
  • For specific colour requirements, contact us to confirm your selection before ordering.
  • Custom products cannot be returned due to incorrect colour selection, as they are made to your specifications.

Made-to-Measure Products

  • Allow 4-6 weeks for jackets, HRCAV vests, and custom shirts.
  • Orders are reviewed based on provided measurements, and we may contact you for clarification.
  • As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges or store credit for incorrect purchases. 
  • The enclosed returns form must be completed and returned with item/s
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and received within 14 days of purchase. 
  • All postage costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
  • Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Postage & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
  • If express delivery is required please select this on checkout. 
  • For international shipping, contact us for details.
  • LP Designs is not liable for lost or damaged parcels. Insurance covers up to $100; contact us for additional coverage.
  • Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Lost parcel enquiries must be directed to Australia Post.

Warranty

  • All items are quality checked before shipping.
  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used by the expiry date.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
